GUSN is an automated tool to greatly increase your chances of success when you quit smoking. If you''ve tried (and failed) to quit smoking, this may be just the thing to help you succeed this time. Research has proven1 that people quitting by gradually reducing their smoking can double their chances using an automated system to accurately time the interval between smokes.

GUSNn will first (if you want) accurately record how much you smoke and when you start and stop, allowing it to recognize the fact that people often smoke different amounts on different days of the week. This part is called the Recorder. When GUSN has collected a week of data (or before, if you don''t want to wait) it is ready to gently help you reduce your smoking, to the point where you can quit altogether with the minimum of difficulty. GUSN slowly reduces the number of times you smoke per day (increasing the interval between smoking).
